Returns & Exchanges
RETURN POLICY
We are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers and are happy to process returns/refunds for the following reasons:
- If the product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
- If the product delivered is different from the item ordered.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- All items must be returned within 7 days, in their original condition, with full packaging, materials, and tags; otherwise, we reserve the discretion to refuse your claim.
- Items cannot be returned once opened. The seal must not be tampered with or broken in any way. Once goods are opened and the seal is broken, they are considered sold.
RETURN PROCESS
- We will inspect the returned product once it is safely received. If the condition of the product(s) meets our requirements as stated above, you can opt for:
- An exchange (if stocks are available),
- A refund via store credit upon approved return, or
- A direct refund to the payment account (credit card/debit card) after 30 days, processed from the approved return date.
- All products may be exchanged once, from the same range, or with another product of the same value.
- Goods returned for a refund will be refunded at the price paid at the time of ordering.
- Items bought during promotions, special deals, and events are not eligible for return or exchange.
